A creative digital and SEO specialist with 10 years’ professional experience including client side, recommendation & local web marketing agency, search marketing agency and blogging. Experience of managing numerous multilingual digital projects and campaigns as well as running my own web projects.

As a search marketing consultant at SoQuero, a search marketing agency based in Frankfurt, I was responsible for developing SEO strategies (with a strong focus on offpage and content) for leading German and International brands. I could gain comprehensive experience in diverse industries such as financial, travel, beauty, dating, healthcare and FMCG.

In September 2014 I started working in the pharmaceutical e-commerce and telehealth sector, an industry with a big future (I wrote an article about the major challenges of pharma e-commerce). 

As the Head of E-commerce (Online Doctor & Pharmacy) at Hexpress Healthcare Ltd. I was responsible for the traffic and conversion growth of 4 brands whilst also ensuring the very best user and patient experiences (countries: Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Finland). Since October 2017 I was responsible for all the markets at Hexpress Healthcare Ltd., including: UK, Norway (e-prescription service), Poland, Denmark and France (e-prescription service).

Furthermore, I was in charge of managing, training and mentoring digital marketing team of 12 (my team was very international – we all speak more than 10 languages together). I am leading the digital projects as well as developing long and short-term e-commerce strategies. Moreover, I was defining and executing continuous analysis on sales, conversion rate, engagement and achievement metrics.

Gambling and Casino SEO

I have gained a casino SEO experience within the Norwegian marketplace. The focus of my onpage content strategy has been checking old content, collecting data and refocusing the site on higher quality content and better user experience. 

Furthermore, I have built a comprehensive network of websites within English, German and Scandinavian gambling and casino marketplaces. I am strong in building high-quality links to sports betting, casino operators, bingo and casino review websites. 

Selected Accomplishments

My ecommerce achievements have been within the online doctor & pharmacy industry. Below you will find key highlights in my career as a German country manager and Head of Ecommerce at Hexpress Healthcare Ltd and just some of my selected accomplishments.

As a German country manager at Hexpress Healthcare Ltd:
  • Re-structured the German marketing department and reduced staff to use man power in a more cost-effective and productive way which resulted reducing labor costs of £250.000 per annum
  • Utilized the most effective digital marketing channels and engagement opportunities to drive actions in the German and Swiss customers which resulted a 53% growth in sales and a 21% increase in turnover YOY
  • Increased organic visibility after significant visibility drop due to the Penguin and Panda penalties in 2012. Highly competitive product transactional keywords moved from page five-ten to pages one in Google.de and Google.ch, leading to a considerate increase in monthly organic visitors and an increase in sales and revenue
As a Head of Ecommerce at Hexpress Healthcare Ltd:
  • Increased revenue by 16% overall in the 5 markets YOY (country breakdown: Germany & Switzerland: +8%, Sweden: +23%, Portugal & Brazil: +14%, Finland: +389% )
  • Implemented European e-commerce practices to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales volume in 6 countries: Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Portugal & Brazil
  • Successfully implemented and developed the content marketing strategies, SEO activities, and retention strategies across all five countries (16 domains) in the first 10 months resulting in 25% increase in unique visitors, 53% increase in eCR and 73% growth in sales
  • Increased organic traffic by 18% YOY
